Prof. Dr. Lin Lianlian

OB-GYN Professor, Chief Physician and Master Student Supervisor.
Dr. Lin has had over 40 years experience in clinical practice, teaching and scientific research of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. She held the position of Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, and was a member of Obstetrics Panel, OB-GYN Society of Chinese Medical Association, a member of China Healthy Birth Science Association, an instructor of a national training program named Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics sponsored by Department of Maternal and Child Health Care and Community Health Work, Ministry of Health of Maternal, and a visiting scholar of Syracuse Health Center in New York University Medical Center. Dr. Lin also visited the University of Miyazaki and established academic cooperation as a postgraduate student jointly trained by Perinatal Medicine Department of KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
 
Dr. Lin is specialized in prenatal examination and diagnosis, genetic counseling, high risk pregnancy, management of pregnant women with all kinds of rare diseases, and rescue of critical and severe obstetrical diseases. In recent years, she has been focusing on research of prenatal screening and diagnosis, health assessment of pregnant woman and fetus, especially researches on prenatal and intrapartum analysis, chromosome diseases and genetic diseases of second birth in families with disabled children.

Dr. Lin is specialized in the following areas: diagnosis and management of pregnancy hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, diabetes, liver disease, postoperation of rosthetic heart valve replacement, syphilis infection, Rh blood type incompatibility and immune diseases etc. ; diagnosis and treatment of bleeding in early or late pregnancy, fetal abnormalities by intrauterine ultrasound examination, genetic counseling; analysis of birth method options in late pregnancy; analysis and judgment on fetal heart rate monitoring graph.
